SMOCUP PAY is a financial technology platform, not a bank, and does not issue payment cards. All cards provided through our platform are issued by licensed financial institutions in partnership with SMOCUP LLC.

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Pass our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification

Agree to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and assume full responsibility for all activity under your account.

5. Fees and Charges

SMOCUP LLC may charge service, processing, or convenience fees. These fees are disclosed at the point of service and are subject to change at our sole discretion.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to use our platform for:

Illegal activities

Money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing

Any purpose that violates local, national, or international laws

7. KYC/AML Compliance

All users are required to complete identity verification procedures. SMOCUP LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and proprietary content, including the SMOCUP PAY logo, are owned by SMOCUP LLC. Third-party logos remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

SMOCUP LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Use is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect our platform or users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
